Meet and Greet the 2005 Scholarship winners 07/13/2005
We will be hosting a reception for our 2005 scholarship winners on July 13th at 7:00pm at the Hyde Park Country Club. Everyone is welcome. Bids due for silent auction of game tickets! 08/05/2005
This is the Fifth Annual OSU Alumni Club of Greater Cincinnati Silent Auction. We are auctioning off the 2005 Season OSU President's Club Football Tickets. All proceeds go to the Club's Endowed Scholarship fund. All bids are due by August 5th, 205. Tickets will be awarded by pairs. In case of a tie bid, the earliest postmark will win. OSU Women's Soccer is coming to town August 28th! 08/28/2005
The OSU Women's Soccer Team will be playing Xavier here in Cincinnati on Sunday, August 28th at 1:00 pm. Ohio State is the defending Big 10 Women's Soccer Champ. Last year OSU made the Elite 8 in the NCAA championships. There are three local Cincinnati players on the current OSU roster. Last year OSU beat Xavier 8-1 in Columbus. The Sarasota-Manatee Ohio State Alumni Club ticket raffle 08/10/2005
The Sarasota-Manatee Ohio State Alumni Club is raffling off 2 Presidents Club tickets for each of the Ohio State home games. They are inviting us to join their raffle. The annual OSU/UofM Blood Battle begins September 1 and runs through November 14. You can donate at any Hoxworth neighborhood center. Be sure to tell them who you are donating for. You can check out Hoxworth at http://www.hoxworth.org or call them to make an appointment at 451-0910.
OSU Alumni Club of Franklin County Grand Raffle ??/??/2005

Free tailgate party for alumni prior to OSU vs Miami game 09/03/2005
You are invited to a free tailgate party prior to the OSU vs. Miami game on Sept. 3rd. Please stop by the Longaberger Alumni House if you are in town for the game. The tailgate, co-hosted by The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. and the OSU Medical Center, will be held from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event will feature free food for the 1st 1000 alumni and appearances by Archie Griffin, Brutus Buckeye and a performance by the band Outa Sync. 2005 Annual Tailgate 09/10/2005
Come out and join us at our annual tailgate and cheer on the Buckeyes against the Texas Longhorns. The tailgate will be from 4:30-7:00 at the gazebo on the AG Campus at the end of Fyffe Rd (Same location as last year). Click here for a map. Penn State away weekend. Oct 7th and 8th 2005 10/07/2005

There is a Penn State away weekend in the planning stages through Reynolds Travel. We would need to have at least 44 people going to guarantee these prices. We definitely have been told we will get game tickets so here is the current pricing and inclusions we are thinking about:
* Roundtrip motor coach departing Cincinnati on Friday, Oct. 7th in midmorning to Altoon, PA and then on Saturday to Game and return to Cincinnati following the game.
* One night at the Ramada Inn or Hampton Inn in Altoona, PA for Friday, Oct. 7th including hotel taxes.
* Full American Breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 8th at the hotel.
* Game ticket to the Penn St. vs. Ohio State Game.
* Light snacks and soft drinks on the motor coach.

Costing:
Two to a room-$269 per person
Three to a room-$259 per person
Four to a room-$249 per person
S ingle Room-$319

We would need at least 44 on a coach from Cincinnati to guarantee this price.
